Common Scents currently delivers within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery Options & Charges

The delivery options and charges available for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may use An Post, DPD or another suitable delivery provider depending on the size, destination and requirements of your order.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Orders placed at weekends or on Irish public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected and will be shown where applicable during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and occasional delays can occur outside our control.

If no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, your order will be delivered in accordance with your rights under applicable Irish consumer law.

Responsibility for Your Order

Common Scents is responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive it.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at commonscents64@gmail.com so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us and we will investigate.

Where an order cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, your rights regarding cancellation and refunds are protected under applicable Irish consumer law.
